Development Flexible Human Learning Resource
London Walking: A Handbook for Survival by Simon Pope, 'Generally, roads are where things that are bigger than you travel faster than you. Therefore road junctions have the potential to bring together extremes: hard and soft; fast and slow; the quick-witted and the stupid. I'm taking it for granted that you know where you fit in to this scheme.' Whatever the intention of architect or planner, whether plotting schemes of monumental constraint or modular flexibility, whether dissolving the city walls into air or bits, inhabitants of the city have to learn to live with the consequences. London Walking is an expression of this human process, as both document and utility. It is a handbook for survival. It explores the city from groundlevel, relates it to lived experience, and is both a practical guide and a spur for dreams and new possibilities. Once on foot, at street level, and with appropriate strategies and techniques, it is possible to experience the city at its haptic, hectic best. The book hinges on local knowledge and street-smarts which span such subjects as crossing the road, playing street-games and 'how to build your own portable stile'. Even techniques learned in rural or suburban environments become invaluable when applied in urban situations. How far can you walk in a day, following the sun? Can you cross town using only Australian aboriginal navigation methods? London Walking explores the many liminal zones of the city, where the city contests its own existence: at the borders with its suburbs, in districts defined by residents rather than by property developers. It engages with the continual slippage of rich into poor, natural resource into capital, leisure into work and all the things in between that make Londonmetropolitan rather than merely urban.
Language development - Language development is a process that starts early in human life where a person goes onto acquiring language by learning it as it is spoken and by mimicry. Usually, language starts off as a remembrance of simple words without associated meaning, but as one ages, words acquire meaning and connections between words are formed. Learning organization - Peter Senge defined a learning organization as human beings cooperating in dynamical systems (as defined in systemics) that are in a state of continuous adaptation and improvement. This view, and the associated phrase learning a living, have become the dominant theory of enterprise management and strongly influenced development of ISO standards applicable to management, accounting and auditing, of which ISO 19011 is the most significant. Human resource management system - Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS, EHRMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), HR Technology or also called HR modules, shape an intersection in between human resource management (HRM) and information technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular its basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field, whereas the planning and programming of data processing systems evolved into standardised routines and packages of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Minister of Human Resources Development (Canada) - In the Cabinet of Canada, The Minister of Human Resources Development (replaced the "Minister of Employment and Immigration" on July 12 1996) is responsible for overseeing the federal government's human resources department, Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC).

Not every e-learning resource, usage or provision is necessarily 'exclusively e-learning', sometimes a hybrid 'blended-learning' solution is available, either combining distance learning through the use of WANs (Wide area networks), and may also be used to support distance learning with direct contact 'close at hand' human educational resources, or combining software driven resources with human intervention (whether remote or local, computer mediated (such as through email or 'chat) or non-computer mediated (such as face to face of telephone) or combining software driven resources with any other educational resource (TV, radio, books, tapes, etc.) On the practical side some e-learning is not very precise, and it should be pointed out that learning is just one element of education. In higher education especially, the increasing tendency is to create a Managed Learning Environment (MLE; also called a Virtual Learning Environment, VLE) in which all aspects of a course are handled through a consistent interface, using specialised software that is standard through an institution so gives students a consistent interface, using specialised software that is standard through an institution so gives students a consistent interface, using specialised software that is standard through an institution so gives students a consistent interface, using specialised software that is standard through an institution so gives students a consistent user interface.
